Just 50% of the setup fee to secure your onboarding slot. The remaining 50% isn't billed until your system is live and staff are live and operational.

When does my subscription billing actually start?

Your subscription charges based on number of employees and discounts only begin after go-live the date we hand your team production log-ins. Until then, all work is covered by the one-off setup fee.

What happens if you miss the rollout date?

For every calendar week we slip, we forfeit 15% of the setup fee, refunded automatically. Miss by four weeks? You keep 60% of the setup fee.
